Fit Certify does not provide emergency medical care or diagnostic services. If you require urgent medical attention, call 999 (UK) or your local emergency number, or visit your nearest emergency department. Our service is designed solely for non-urgent fitness-to-participate medical certification.
Our doctors act with full professional autonomy. They may decline to issue a certificate if information is incomplete, inaccurate, or insufficient to ensure clinical safety. In such cases, the doctor’s decision is final. A partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion. Fit Certify has no liability where a doctor exercises independent judgment to withhold certification.
